These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brew – AI Barista ("the App"), operated by Eunmo Kang ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Brew – AI Barista is a personal coffee brewing assistant. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
• Use the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

3. Subscription & Payments

Brew – AI Barista offers a free plan and a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through Apple's App Store.
